Together with Kolja I recently invested in mymuesli. the investment was released a few days ago. coverage see foerderland, deutsche-startups, blognation or mymuesli blog. also there is a post and some videos at gruenderszene.
mymuesli sells customized muesli online. the team executed this simple idea very well. I invested for several reasons - being close to the mass customized space and the size of the opportunity when executed right being two of them. but most importantly due to the excellent team - although very young the founders already have some entrepreneurial track record (video renting). on a very small scale, but neverthelless, I think the lessons one can learn even from small ventures are invaluable when starting new companies.
